Choco Flan

Chocoflan is very popular dessert in Mexico and Latin America. It consists of a layer of flan on top, with a layer of moist chocolate cake underneath.

It was created by adding chocolate, one of the quintessential creations of Mesoamerican civilization, to a distinctly European dessert.

Flan is said to have been invented by the Romans and became popular across Europe.

This combination of flan and chocolate makes this dish a delicious fusion of European and Mexican cuisine.
